About the Author

Bruce J. Fried, PhD, is associate professor and director of the residential master s degree program in the Department of Health Policy and Administration in the School of Public Health at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. He teaches in the areas of human resources management, international and comparative health systems, and globalization and health. Dr. Fried is also coeditor of and contributor to World Health Systems: Challenges and Perspectives, Second Edition (Health Administration Press, 2012).

Myron D. Fottler, PhD, is professor of health services administration at the University of Central Florida, where he teaches courses in healthcare human resources management, service management and marketing, and a doctoral seminar in health services research. He has written and published 25 books and more than 150 journal articles. His most recent co-authored books include Achieving Service Excellence: Strategies for Healthcare (Health Administration Press, 2010); Strategic Human Resource Management in Healthcare (Emerald Group Publishing, 2010); The Retail Revolution in Health Care (Prager, 2010); Biennial Review of Health Care Management(Emerald Group Publishing, 2011); Human Resource Management Applications: Cases, Exercises, Incidents, and Skill Builders (South-Western Cengage Learning, 2011); and Handbook of Healthcare Management (Elgar, 2015).

Much Ado about Nothing

Much less than I expected. Many blank pages and repetition to make it "book" size. Nothing close to what a Cliff's Notes version would be. This should have cost 99 cents. I heard the actual book was excellent, I guess that I deserve what I got for trying to cut corners.

Great intro to the practice

i enjoyed the simple truths laid out - peacefully, hopefully, and lovingly. I also enjoyed the sample exercises, and the larger perspective given on life, the human condition, and how we exchange/share energy with each other.

Dans les Eglises les gens ont toujours tendance d'ignorer l'aspect romantique quand il s'agit des relations amoureuses, comme s'il y aurait un petit d�mon dans le fait d'exprimer ses sentiments envers quelqu'un(e). HEUREUSEMENT ce livre a mis en lumi�re comment doivent etre nos sentiments dans une relation chr�tienne, meme la plus pure qu'elle soit. Une grande inspiration, un classique, bref un roman chr�tien qui l'on a l'impression se faisait trop attendre. Je recommande fortement d'acheter ce livre.
